Lynley & Jason found us through one of our other brides, Rebekah Weldon. Lynley had a lot stacked up against her when planning this wedding. Jason, the groom, is in the Air Force, and her parents are going to be moving back home to Panama soon. So she had to plan this wedding very quickly to make sure Jason would be available since the military could take him at any time & her parents were packing. In the middle of all of this Lynley owns her own graphic design business, CZ Graphics. Planning a wedding in three months makes for a stressed bride, but no one would have known just looking at the ceremony/reception site, she did a FABULOUS job planning this wedding.
As we were driving in the rain clouds were upon us, and truthfully we were slightly concerned since there was no back up plan for another ceremony site. Weather.com kept saying there was a high percentage of rain at 4:00pm (ceremony time). Somehow the clouds opened up right around 3:00 and stayed away until about 5:30 when everyone was inside the reception area. We were concerned again because that was about the time we could steal the bride & groom away for one on one shots, but then the skies opened again! Wow, how lucky are we?

Jason seems pretty calm as he puts on his tie, luckily I know how to tie a full windsor knot. That skill came in handy.

They opted for a first look before the wedding!

In between the toasts Lynley’s parents surprised them by getting Panamainian Tipico dancers, it was quite a treat!

After the dinner & toasts the clouds parted and we took some pictures of the newlyweds

What a beautiful day! Lynley & Jason thank you for allowing us to capture your big day, I hope that the honeymoon in Turks & Caicos went well! Keep us updated on everything that goes on.
We truly love what we do & our clients make it easy, to enjoy this path every day. Our style of photography is a blend of photojournalism and portrait photography... what we like to call portraitjournalism. We believe portraitjournalism mixes artistic posed portraits with fun and natural shots. As a situation unfolds naturally, we are often able to catch that part of you that makes you, well you. But, we also believe some posed portraits are necessary, as they document you, your family, and your friends at this specific time in your life. This blend of photography allows us to capture the memories in an artistic and creative way; one that portrays YOUR story through images.
