There are not too many girls in this world who can say that the first tube of lipstick she EVER bought was for her engagement session. And this is why we love Jenny! Jenny radiates natural beauty and her laugh is infectious. And Matt compliments her perfectly. Jenny and Matt are just one of those couples you can tell have something truly special. They kept us laughing the entire session and we even got a little striptease from Matt (no worries, it was all good clean fun)!

Jenny and Matt met while they were both working for The St. Joe Company. So what better place for their engagement photos than a St. Joe property? We headed out to White Fence Farms in Tallahassee and were in awe of the natural beauty. It was the perfect place for Jenny and Matt!

Thank you guys for such a fun session – and for the awesome colors! We can’t wait until your wedding!!

After posting our sneak peek, we have received many anxious emails inquiring about the status of our marathon of family photo sessions at St. George Island. It makes our job so rewarding when our clients tell us how much they love the photos and can’t wait to see more! So we won’t hold you in suspense any longer . . . Enjoy!

When we asked Sarah how Matt proposed the short answer was “With a box of bricks.” This definitely sounded like an interesting story and we LOVE interesting stories! The story goes that Matt saved one last box for Sarah to open as her final Christmas present. It was large and very heavy. As Sarah opened it, she found some bricks and bridal magazines. As any sane person would be, Sarah was completely confused . . . that is, until she looked up and saw Matt down on one knee with a ring. Why the box of bricks you ask? To make the box heavier than it really was to throw Sarah off that anything was up of course! You have to hand it to the guy – that was some great planning!

We met up with Sarah and Matt at Dorothy B. Oven Park, where we were able to capture some photos of two beautiful people in love. Then we moved to Sarah’s mom’s house for some backyard fun! We had a great time with you both and are looking forward to the wedding!

Love the laying in the grass shots!

Ashley and I are extremely excited about the college football season starting this weekend! To ease the anticipation, check out the sneak peek from John and Cassie’s engagement session, compliments of Doak Campbell Stadium. The sneak peek will be up, with a lot of fun photos.

It rained most of the shoot… But we found some nice puddles to play in!
