Sarah and Matt were married this past Saturday at the beautiful Goodwood Museum. Everyone was concerned for the outside ceremony considering it was rainy the entire previous day, but Saturday the skies opened up and the sun made an appearance. What a difference a day makes! We met Matt and Sarah during their engagement session, and they were such a fun cute couple we couldn’t wait for the big day to arrive.
The wedding took place on Sarah’s maternal-grandparent’s 67th wedding anniversary. What is even more special was that her grandmother was 25 when she was married and Sarah is currently 25. Isn’t that just perfect.

The lace around the flowers are from Sarah’s grandmother’s wedding dress… which as you can read above was used 67 years ago on her grandmother’s wedding day!
To the right you can see Sarah’s maternal grandmother, and the reason the wedding took place the day that it did.
The outdoor ceremony was SO beautiful on this particular day. Hello Mr. Sunshine!
I love going through the photos after the wedding. On wedding days we are so caught up in what is going on, we see things as they unfold, and we are shooting the moments of the day. Once I’m sitting down reviewing the day I get to relive the emotions that made the day so special, like the one below.
