They say if you look back at your childhood, you can identify the activities and skills most naturally fulfilling to you—those which you raced home from school to do; that felt like an extension of your being. And that these things form the core of who we are and what we were made to pursue.
If the movie of my early life was playing back, you’d see me attached to my camera, snapping photo after photo of my friends, my surroundings, my life unfolding in still captures.
Years later I still flip through the printed images, the photographic paper makes the memories feel tangible, as if I can hit the play button on the remote.
The art, the images, on the walls of my home are split seconds of time throughout my life and I am fortunate that I get to go back to those memories as I walk by them.
The love of photography— of uncovering and documenting stories, of capturing the distinct dynamics of families, and of handing people a physical copy of their favorite moments turned into tangible memories— is (and always has been) exactly what I was made to do.
So before you continue down this page, I want to say thank you—it’s truly an honor that you’re here, allowing me to share my deepest love and truest talent with you and the people you care most about.
Why I Do What I Do
If you peel back the layers of who I am and the work I do, all that would remain is family.
They are my constant support. My creative inspiration. Without them, I would not be the friend, wife, mother, or photographer I am today.
Our traditions, late-night living room conversations, and chapters of deep grief and immense celebration aren’t just what drive me—they’re what made me.
The respect and love I have for my own family carry over to each client I have the gift of photographing.
I recognize the responsibility of being tasked to document a moment that will live forever as a cherished memory, a timeless legacy.
To stand behind the lens and watch—as you and your favorite people laugh together, share whispered bits of advice, dance across the floor, shed tears as you hold each other tight, and soak up the experience of adding someone new to your collective lives—is much less a job than it is an honor.

Where People Watching and Art Collide
I’ve always had an affinity for observing; figuring out what’s really happening and learning to predict what’s coming next. This skill, refined by my own unpredictable life experiences and absorbing the beautiful chaos unfolding around me, allows me to better understand the dynamics and relationships at play between family, friends, and strangers alike.
I call it professional people-watching. And making art from observation is genuinely my favorite thing. So yes, I recognize that families are nuanced and yours is no exception, but I promise to handle the documentation of yours with care, respect, and thoughtful observation.

Family
When I think of my future, it always involves my family—both immediate and extended. Everything I do is for them. They are my life’s greatest teachers.
Consistency
When I’ve found something that works, I do my best not to deviate from it. This allows me to keep my quality and experience top-tier regardless of uncontrollable factors happening around me.
Authenticity
Showing up wholly and unapologetically as myself is incredibly important to me. Almost as important as providing couples and their families a safe space to do the same.
